REIKI

Reiki addresses energetic imbalances in the body. It reduces stress and anxiety and promotes a positive mental state. It was developed nearly 100 years ago in Japan by Mikao Usui.

Natalie Trent, Ph.D. is a neuroscientist and postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard University Medical Center. She, along with a network of doctors and nurses, has verified Reiki’s effective and curative practice.

Vanessa is a Reiki Master.

She apprenticed extensively in this Japanese healing art for 3 years with a true Sensei (teacher) from Japan.

What to Expect:

Reiki sessions are one hour. The client wears comfortable clothes, lies down upon the reiki table with a soft, light blanket placed over them.

The Reiki practitioner, using their hands and focused concentration, conducts the session about the body.

After session is complete, very important, to drink water due to detox process.
